  1. Battery cradle

Found out after receiving product that this cradle will not fit the 52V battery! This was not mentioned on the website when I ordered. I should have been sent a no charge replacement. Very disappointed! ST

Was not wired for Sondors bike was not informed that it won't be! Had to pay someone to wire it because I don't know how to!

  3. work well but it eventually failed

this battery mount work well for about 9 months and then suddenly the spring lock became loose and now the battery is loose and i cant lock it. product should have been sturdier.

  4. Used and nit as described

Shippped fast, however had scratches and a stain on it. The worst part was it had no connection wires as shown in photo. Took forever to remove the wires from my exsisting cradle and attach to the used cradle I was sent. Would have returned if it was not an urgent item needed. Not impressed they feel this is ok.

  5. Nice but not foolproof

Posted by Bob Wegrzen on Dec 18th 2016

After 10 months of use and approximately 200 cycles of removing and replacing the battery one of the spring loaded contacts in the cradle base malfunctioned. Best I can determine the contact overheated and melted the surrounding plastic. This caused the contact to retract enough to give intermittent electrical contact.
This might not happen if you charge the battery on the cradle .

  6. Just the same as The Sonders

  7. Good Storage Rack Too.

Posted by David on Apr 30th 2016

I recently purchased two of these to store our batteries while not in use. The bikes are stored in a Tuff Shed, but the batteries get stored in the house where it's cooler. I have these mounted side by side on the wall in the garage. Keeps them out of harms way. I attached Anderson connectors to the wires so I can hook up my Watt's Up meter to check on the voltage level while not in use. Our bikes use a similar mount but the controller is inside the base of the mount.
