Talaria Sting MX3 — the original, re-released
The MX3 is the original Sting that started it all, brought back with an updated controller and factory fork. It delivers nearly the same power as the Sur-Ron X but adds a gearbox, smoother throttle, a larger rear tire, and a taller frame — more docile and manageable than the MX4, and an excellent platform to upgrade over time.

How it compares
The MX3 is more docile and manageable than the MX4 — comparable performance to the Sur-Ron X, but with the added niceties of a gearbox, an encoder-driven smooth throttle, a larger rear tire, and a taller frame. For riders who don't need MX4 power, it's a lot of bike at a lower price, and a natural upgrade platform.
