Smart Swappable Battery

The SS 4.0 keeps the 72V 50Ah pack — 3600 watt hours of swappable lithium — and adds a locking connector that carries power and data on one plug. The bike now reads the pack directly, so state of charge and fault codes show up on the dash instead of a guess. Carry a second pack and keep riding: 64+ miles at a 25mph pace, or 100+ miles when you're taking it easy, back to 90% in a couple of hours. NOTE PLASTIC BATTERY SIDE COVER IN PHOTOS IS NOT INCLUDED

Longer Travel, Bigger Brakes

Fastace adjustable sport suspension with 200–220mm of front travel gives the SS 4.0 more room to work over rough ground, and it dials in to your weight and riding style. 4-piston hydraulic calipers on 220mm rotors front and rear haul it back down, backed by adjustable regenerative braking that feeds energy into the pack on the way in.

Redesigned Controls

The whole cockpit is new. Redesigned handlebar switchgear puts ECO, Sport and RACE modes, regen level, beam select and indicator lights under your thumbs, and the new display shows real-time battery information, fault codes and indicator status at a glance. A direct-mount stem and CNC foot pegs keep the front end planted and your stance locked in.

Intended use	Sold as off-road recreational equipment. The SS 4.0 is not designed, certified, or intended for public roads, sidewalks, bike paths, or highways. It is supplied without VIN, title, or registration and cannot be plated or insured for road use. Ride only on a closed course or on private property where you have permission to be.
Rider age and skill	Intended for experienced riders 16 years of age and older. Riders under 18 should be supervised by an adult. This is a full-size e-moto with 18 kW of peak power and is not a first bike.
Protective gear	Wear a properly fitted helmet on every ride, along with eye protection, gloves, long sleeves and pants, and over-the-ankle boots. Most serious injuries on this class of machine involve riders without full gear.
One rider only	Designed to carry a single rider. Do not carry passengers and do not exceed the rated rider weight.
Modification	Please do not modify this bike to go faster. Any change to the controller, motor, battery, or power settings alters how it performs, transfers all responsibility for its safe and legal use to the owner, and may affect warranty coverage.
Battery and charging	Charge only with the supplied charger, on a hard non-flammable surface, away from anything that can burn. Do not charge unattended or overnight, and never charge a pack that is damaged, swollen, or wet. Allow the battery to cool after a hard ride before charging.
Before every ride	Check the brakes, tires, throttle, and chain tension, and confirm the axle and handlebar fasteners are tight. Do not ride with damaged brakes, tires, or frame components.
Assumption of risk	Off-road riding carries an inherent risk of serious injury or death, even when the machine is used as intended and maintained correctly. The rider assumes that risk.
